Growing up, I knew I had an ear for music, but I had so many fears of actually singing in front of people and owning my voice.
The anxiety got so bad that I would lose my voice before every performance.
But wait... It actually gets worse. I developed vocal nodules 3 times, “permanent” scarring on my vocal cords and polyps twice.
